Service Description
There is something incredibly powerful about choosing each other all over again. Whether it's a vow exchange or renewal it's a celebration of where you started… it’s a celebration of everything you’ve built, overcome, learned, and loved along the way. This isn’t about recreating your wedding day. It’s about honoring your journey. The laughter lines, the late-night talks, the quiet support, the growth, the strength and the deep, steady love that only time can shape. My role is to capture the emotion behind those words. The way your hands still reach for each other. The way your eyes soften. The way you smile when you remember where it all began. Whether your renewal is intimate and private or surrounded by family and friends, I’ll document it in a way that feels natural, meaningful, and true to you. This chapter deserves just as much beauty as the first one maybe even more. And I would be honored to preserve it for you in a way that you can hold onto forever. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling The Client agrees to provide written notice of any cancellation or request to reschedule no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled event time. Due to the reservation of time and the potential loss of other booking opportunities, failure to provide the required notice will result in a $100 cancellation fee. This fee is assessed to compensate for the time specifically reserved for the Client and is strictly enforced. Mountain Memories Photography reserves the right to determine whether a session may be rescheduled based on availability. Payments & Booking Confirmation The balance is to be paid in full at the time of booking unless agreed upon in writing by the owner. All payments must be paid in full one (1)week prior to the scheduled event date. Any previously paid deposit will be applied toward the final balance, along with any approved promotional discounts or credits. By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees that all payments made are final and non-refundable. Refund Policy Mountain Memories Photography maintains a strict no-refund policy on all payments, including deposits and completed balances. Refund requests, if submitted, will be reviewed solely at the discretion of the owner of Mountain Memories Photography. Any approved refund will receive formal authorization and will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking. Please allow approximately one to two (1–2) weeks for processing should a refund be approved. Session Location & Travel The Client agrees to confirm and approve the session location prior to the scheduled session date. Sessions taking place outside a fifty (50) mile radius of Colorado Springs, Colorado will incur a travel fee of $1.50 per additional mile traveled. This travel fee will be calculated and reflected in the Client’s final invoice. Travel fees are non-negotiable. Any requested changes to the confirmed session location must be communicated no later than one (1) week prior to the scheduled session date in order to allow for scheduling adjustments and logistical planning. Marketing, Portfolio & Image Usage The Client grants Mountain Memories Photography the irrevocable right to use all photographed images captured during the event for professional portfolio display, website publication, social media promotion, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, and other promotional purposes related to the business.
